So you think you got what it takes to be a Pokemon Master? *checks the script* Oh wait, sorry, wrong series.

Anyways, you've decided you want to be a staff member. My qualifications are:

Dedication to the site.
Responsibility
Ready to help me out when it's getting a bit rough.
Not afraid to enforce the rules.
Making no huge exceptions. As in, just because she's your friend doesn't mean you have to be nice. That's right, we're stern here. Well, actually, we're fairly lax. But you can't make huge exceptions for your friends.

Being a staff member means that you're willing to deal with me, the admin who tends to get grounded. That means that you're willing to work with me on making the site better. You're fair, but not wishy-washy. You know what's right and what's wrong. And you're not a stuffed-up prig. For crying out loud, have a sense of humor!

So, you got what it takes? Then fill out this form, and I will accept you if I like you. I will confer with other staff members, but in this category, I have the ruling vote. And when I choose a new staff member, I'll make an announcement of it. So go on ahead, the floor's all yours.

Real Name: Emz... but most of the time I go by Archie, so that's probably better

Preferred Position: G-Mod, maybe? I wouldn't presume to ask for admin...

Why you qualify for this position?: I'm on far too much for my own good, have plenty of experience (see below) and (as those unfortunate enough to have either turned in sucky applics or broken rules on my sadly long-comatose LOST forum will testify) can be uber-strict and fussy when the need arises. Plus Kara loves me (you know you do, just don't tell Lils).... Is that enough now? Can I have the pretty stars? Please?

Have you been staff on other sites? Brief CV (as in the ones I can remember this early in the morning. There may be more):
Head Admin on Gone Astray / Days of Future Past
Co-admin on Eye of Newt / Damned and Cursed / Truly Charmed (sadly all three have gone the way of the dodo, but that's where I first RPd)
G-Mod on MM!
